How long will my order take to arrive?
Our vendors take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. You select the shipping method you want in checkout.
Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn’t always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.
I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
Orders are automated between this website and our vendor. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address, but we’ll try our best.
